Our pre and postnatal massage therapy is designed to support expecting mothers, those navigating the complex emotions of pregnancy loss, and new mothers in their postpartum journey (at least two weeks, doctor consult recommended). In the side lying position with pillows to support and prop body comfortably, this specialized service is tailored to ease physical discomfort, promote relaxation, and foster emotional well-being in a safe, calming environment.
Youth massage is a gentle, age-appropriate therapeutic service designed to support relaxation, body awareness, and physical comfort for children ages 6–12. Massage for youth may help reduce muscle tension from sports, posture, or daily activity, promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support better sleep and emotional regulation. A parent or guardian is welcome to remain present during the session. Select time based on the child’s comfort level, attention span, and therapeutic needs.
This therapeutic taping method assists in alleviating pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage by lifting the skin and decreasing inflammation. Additional benefits include promoting post-surgical healing, optimizing performance, preventing injury, improving posture, and increasing circulation which can assist in the healing process. Foot massage with stretching of the foot, arch, and calf prior to the KT tape application. Rolling of the arch, scraping, cupping, and trigger point techniques will be utilized in this service.

To allow for more accessibility and convenience, in-home massages are provided on a case by case basis through referrals and/or need. For example, someone with a disability and/or childcare conflicts, Redefine & Reveal seeks the right opportunities to provide healing in your home to ease stress in navigating travel or scheduling conflicts. Massage rates will vary with travel time.
Our 'Render A Respite' Healing Program assists in providing a trauma informed massage approach to local community members unable to afford or access safe healing touch and/or to help others navigate some of life's toughest challenges (chronic pain, grief, financial stress, unsafe touch, loneliness).
